Vendor Booth Information
Vendors must set up booths before 7:00 a.m. on Thursday morning May, 12.
You are encouraged to leverage the Magic theme in all aspects of your booth - decorations, giveaways, your wardrobe, etc. We want you to have some fun with us!
If you must ship booth items directly to the Convention Center, please contact Shelby Feld at GBL first. Storage space is limited and all shipments must be pre-approved before the Convention Center will accept them.
Detailed setup instructions including a map and parking information will be provided closer to the event.
Hotel Information
GBL has reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn on Mercy Campus. Rooms are available to agents and vendors at a discounted rate of $119 + tax/per night.
GBL has blocked off 25 rooms for May 11 and 50 rooms for May 12.
You have until May 1 to book through our code in order to get the discounted price.
