Vendors must set up booths between 7 a.m. - 11 a.m.
on Wednesday, August 29.

 

You are encouraged to leverage the Rock N' Roll theme in all aspects of your booth - decorations, giveaways, your wardrobe, etc. We want you to have some fun with us!

If you must ship booth items directly to the Convention Center, please contact Heather Haley at GBL first. Storage space is limited and all shipments must be pre-approved before the Convention Center will accept them.
